What is the Agent app?
The Agent app is the application that you install on the device you want to monitor. This is typically a smartphone or tablet that belongs to you or someone in your family — such as your child’s phone, a spare family device, or a company-owned mobile phone.
The purpose of the Agent app is to collect specific data from the device, such as GPS location, call history, text messages, battery status, and other authorized information. It runs in the background and sends the data securely to the cloud system, where it can be reviewed through the Admin app or online dashboard.
The Agent app must only be installed on devices that you legally own or manage. It is not intended for surveillance or unauthorized tracking. Installing the Agent app on someone else’s phone without their knowledge or consent may violate privacy laws.
Why the Agent app does not have a username/password login
The Agent app is designed to be a lightweight background app that runs on the child’s (or target) device. It does not manage your account and it does not store any usernames or passwords.
All account authentication (email & password, Google, Facebook, Apple Sign-In, password reset, two-factor authentication, etc.) is handled in the Admin app or web dashboard only.
Keeping the Agent app free from complex login flows makes it:
Easier for parents to install (no typing long emails or passwords on a small screen).
Safer, because the device being monitored never stores your account password.
More reliable as a background service, with fewer screens and fewer errors.
To link a device, simply:
Sign in to your Admin app or dashboard.
Generate a pairing / activation code.
Install the Agent app on the device and enter that code.
